Esha Estar Embody
Embody is not a practice. It’s a way of living.
This space exists for women who are ready to live the totality of their lives — not bypass it, fix it, or rise above it.
Embody is about staying present with what life brings:
love, grief, truth, joy, uncertainty, power — and allowing wisdom to shape how you live, choose, and relate.
Nothing here asks you to become someone else.
Nothing asks you to abandon yourself.
This work supports women in inhabiting their lives fully —
with honesty, coherence, and self-authority.
Is Embody for You
We know that there are many paths that exists for each being. The Embody path is not for everyone, it is for women who are tired of doing technique, being told what to do, outsourcing their intelligence, authority, and inner knowing.
Embody is for the woman who wants to reclaim her own direct sovereignty and say yes to the life that is unfolding directly in front of her. She’s no longer seeking to bypass, spiritualize, or reject the life that is unfolding.
-
Embody is not for you if:
You are looking for quick fixes, spiritual answers, or someone to tell you what to do
You want to bypass feeling, discomfort, or responsibility for your own life
You are seeking a method, identity, or persona to adopt
You are not willing to slow down and listen to what your body is already communicating
-
Embody is for you:
You sense something real is asking to emerge in this chapter of your life
You are ready to reclaim your attention and inner authority
You value presence over performance
You are willing to do your own work—with support, not substitution
-
Because safety is not something to achieve — it is the original state of being. Embodiment restores us to this baseline of wholeness.
Because our lived experiences are not obstacles to spirituality; they are spiritual states. Embodiment allows us to honor what is moving through us without bypassing or fixing.
Because presence is the medicine. When we return to the body, fear and anxiety soften, and intuitive intelligence naturally awakens.
Because inner wellness creates radiance. And a regulated, radiant nervous system is not a luxury — it is essential in this moment in history.
Our Embody Philosophy
Embody is a way of living.
Embody is a return to inner contact.
We don’t offer answers, techniques, or beliefs to adopt.
We create the conditions for listening — to the body, to experience, to your own internal guiding system.
What matters reveals itself in its own time.
Embody is not an escape from life.
Not an improvement project.
Not a spiritual identity.
This work exists for those who are ready to inhabit the totality of their lives —the beauty, the grief, the love, the uncertainty, the power, the tenderness — without abandoning themselves along the way.
Embody is the choice to remain present with life as it unfolds, rather than leaving the body, numbing the heart, or outsourcing authority when things become intense.
To embody is to stop abandoning yourself.
Ways to Embody
A shared space for embodied living and community.
The Temple is a living container for women who want to practice embodiment as a way of life — together with other women to expand, embody, and embrace life with presence.
Personal support for living what you know
Private Embody sessions are for women who are done putting their lives on hold and ready to inhabit them.
Sessions are personalized to meet the individual needs of each soul.
Embodiment as lived experience
Embody Gatherings are invitations to step out of survival mode and the doer mindset and step back into nature to rewire and nourish the nervous system back into life.
Private
Living Embody within daily life
Personal support for living what’s already true.
Embody — Private Work is a one-to-one space for women integrating lived experience into daily life and entering a new chapter of life—ready to reclaim their inner authority, awareness, and attention.
The private work I offer is not about fixing or leading you.
It is about helping you remember what you already know,
and holding steady space while you do your own work.
This work is slow, intentional, and grounded in lived experience, and held with discretion.
It is for those willing to meet themselves honestly.
Offered selectively.
The Temple
Practicing Embody in shared, ongoing rhythm
The Temple opens in seasonal windows throughout the year, offering contained space for reflection, embodiment, and coherence, and community to deepen.
This work may include:
Guided presence
Somatic orientation (movement)
Quiet inquiry
Shared reflection
Periods of stillness
Curated Temple containers created for deeper coherence
Nothing is required to be shared.
Nothing is forced.
This space honors autonomy, discernment, and each woman’s own authority.
Shared space for embodied living
Embody - In Practice (Retreats)
Stepping away from routine to remember how to live.
Embody — In Practice is the part of this work where we leave our usual environments.
We travel.
We step out of the familiar rhythms.
We pause the constant doing, producing, managing, and maintaining.
Not to escape life — but to interrupt the momentum that keeps us from feeling it.
When the routines fall away, something else becomes possible:
attention returns
the body exhales
time widens
sensation sharpens
truth becomes easier to hear
This stepping away isn’t the work itself.
It’s what creates the conditions for life to be felt again.
